Make a Return:
Email us as soon as possible at info@backin10minutes.com and let us know that you are going to return an item, please repackage the item and send it back with "return" marked above our address (see contact), include copy of original invoice.

For Non European Union do not mark the package "return" as Customs Duties maybe charge which we would pass onto you. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in return transit

Any return items should be sent back by insured postage at your cost, has you would be liable for its loss or damage in return transit.

Refunds:
Please note that only the cost of the garment returned will be Refunded and NOT the initial postage cost.

Stock availability.
Backin10minutes.com will endeavor to ensure goods displayed on the website are available. However we cannot be held responsible if goods are out of stock.

Order
Weekday orders are dispatched the next working day. Weekend and Bank Holiday orders are dispatched on the next possible working day, for London Courier service order processed after 14.00 will be dispatch the next working day.
